She was predeceased by: her parents, John Makosh and Frances Makosh; her husband Edmund "Muni" Ciembronowicz; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Veronica Ciembronowicz; her siblings, Chester, Edward Makosh and Lottie Fitzpatrick; her siblings-in-law, Mike Fitzpatrick, Matthew, Chester Ciembronowicz, Lester Furon, Ann Makosh, Marion and Nellie Ciembronowicz; her nephew Matthew Ciembronowicz, Jr.; her granddaughter Lucy Cowan; and her great grandchildren, Avery Jennie Bartel, Samuel Bartel and Trenton Pace.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bernadette Furon; her children, Christine Cowan (Bainard), Patricia Estes (David), Mary Geiger (Chip), Tom Ciembronowicz (Vickie), Linda Jones (Michael), Catherine Ciembronowicz, John Ciembronowicz (Camie) and Joe Ciembronowicz (Peggy); and her caregivers, Peg, Jenna, Josetta, Mary and Wendy. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and their spouses; 51 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
