He was predeceased by: his daughter Kasi Theole. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Gyorkos; his daughters, Kelly Kolls and Kristin Frey (Don); his grandchildren, Logan Ford, Sarah Powers, Matti Powers and Sydney Frey; and his great grandchild Elaine Ford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rockford Rescue Mission.
