He is survived by: his parents, William King and Michelle King (Hoops); his friend Jeremy; his wife Stephnie Hull; his daughters, Barbara and Amelia Hull; his sister Kyrie Ziesmer (Derek); his nephew Ellis Ziesmer; his grandmothers, Charlotte Hoops and Vicki King; his mother-in-law Penny Whited; and his brother-in-law Hunter Whited. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and a large circle of friends.
