He is survived by: his sons, Deondre Jarrett-Simmons and Damarcio Simmons; his fiancée Amber Jarrett; his mother Brenda McMillian (Calvin); and his siblings, Sammuel Skinner Sr., Lamont Pelzer, Rashad Pelzer, Michael Alexander and Anita White.
