Jerry Stalcup Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Stalcup of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jerry farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jerry is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Donald and Jennie Fern Stalcup (Newell); his wife Donna Laurine Rapp; and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his children, Todd Stalcup (Lynn) and Lauri Tormohlen (Gordon); his grandchildren, Barrick Tormohlen (Alison), Karina Korosec (Keaton), Bret and Liza Stalcup; and his great grandchild Luca Korosec. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
