The memory of Joan Lillian Mohrmann of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Anderson Larson (Nelson) and Clarence Larson; her stepfather Robert "Bob" Pihl; her husband Benjamin Charles Mohrmann (Ben); and her aunt Lillian Erickson (Nelson).
She is survived by: her grandsons, John and Jack; her pet Skipper; and her cousins, Marilyn Moyle, Nancy Adams and Heidi Arneson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (3555 McFarland Rd, Rockford, IL 61114). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Scandinavian Cemetery (1700 Rural St, Rockford, IL 61107).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carpenters Place and Winnebago County Animal Services Auxillary.
