He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ciburk and Charles P. Ciburk; and his siblings, Mary Ann Saporito, Christine Magdalen Bussell and Alfred Ciburk.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane (Learmont); his children, Chris Anne Donaldson (Keith), Mary Jo Ciburk (Scott Babcock), John Jr. (Carol), Cathy Ciburk and Teri Swick (Jerry); his grandchildren, Cheryl Thatch (Jeremy), Joshua, Calvin (Jen), Javada, Brittni, Rachel and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Braydin, Makayla and Jaydin.
