He is survived by: his children, James Slade (Kim) and Kimberly Slade-Loy; his grandchildren, Courtney (Daniel), Kevin (Mitch), Matthew, Lauren (Anthony), Kirstyn (Peyton), Rebecca and Keelee (Raistlen); and his sister Sandra Wesoky (Jack). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
