She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Steig and Irene Stout (John); and her brothers, Gordon and Ken Steig. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Bruce and Dawn Friedl (Andy); her grandchildren, Christopher, Casey Wiedenhoeft, Hans (Kayle Schoville) and Anna Friedl; her siblings, Ellen Eichmiller (Paul) and Gaylen Steig (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Dixie Dawson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
