She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hoffman and Margaret Hoffman (Challberg); her husband Larry Swanson; and her siblings, Bill Hoffman, Sharon Colombi and Louise Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Tera Swanson, Jena Fulton (Ryan) and Brent Swanson (Pamela); her grandchildren, Samantha, Tamia and Harrison; and her great grandchild Milo. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many extended family members including nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104).
