She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Jody Schultz (Andrew) and Jennifer Smith (David); her grandchildren, Kelsey Phillips-Clark (Will), Samantha Estes, Joseph Schultz, Savannah Smith, Jack Smith, Sarah and Sadie Smith; and her siblings, Diane Armato, David Peak (Cheri) and Jack Peak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
