It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith M. Dempsey (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judith M. Dempsey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cacci and Mary Cacci; and her siblings, John Cacci and Jean Harezlak. She is survived by: her husband Pat; her children, Mary (Adam Becvar), Ann (John Young), David (Mary Engebretson) and John (Cristy Giacone); her grandchildren, Devin (Schae), Abbie, Sammy, Max and Andrea; her great grandchild Rowyn; her brother-in-law Dennis Harezlak; and her sibling's children, Annie, Tom and Matt.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget's Catholic Church (600 Clifford Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111).
