It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy C. Struven of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Ren and Stella Irene Keena (Peterson); her son Jeffrey Struven; and her sister Sandra Bellars (Howard). She is survived by: her husband Paul V. Struven; her children, Julie Saunders (Donald) and Jerry Struven (Anna); and her brother Jerry Keena. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
