She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Corey and Mary Corey; her husband John Powell; her son David Powell; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Corey, Marilyn Corey and Connie Oquist.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Powell, Deanna Thompson (Jackie), Kenneth Powell (Kerri) and John Powell (Nessie); her stepdaughter Vickie Curtis; and her siblings, Helen Smith (Scott) and Michael Corey (Cathy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
