Lewis; her children, Brad of St. Louis, MO and Kristin Guth (John) of Durand, IL; her grandchildren, Nick Guth (Erin), Jake Guth (Ellisa), Adam Lewis (Carolyn), Sarah Turman (Alex) and Eric Lewis; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Ella, Logan Guth, Emma, Jeffrey Lewis, Molly Guth and Vanna Turman; her daughters-in-law, Jodie Lewis, Bernadette Ciberowski (Wally) and Michelle Lewis; and her stepgrandson Brandon Baltis (Makayla).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Community Church (6816 N 2nd St, Machesney Park, IL 61115). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kathie's honor may be made to Riverside Community Church or Carpenters Place Outreach Center of Rockford.
