Lamphere of Rockford, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Johnson and Naomi Johnson (Svaren); her husband Dr. George E. Lamphere; and her children, Steven Cross (Judi), Larry Cross (Ardis), Sharon Cross and Charles Cross. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
