He was predeceased by : his father Kenneth R. Sr. McNeal; and his daughter Michelle McNeal. He is survived by : his mother Lynette McNeal; his wife Jarmeise Dixon; his children, Kenneth McNeal III and Kenley McNeal; his siblings, Lyseanette McNeal, Jovan McNeal (Quianna) and Josean McNeal; his niece Arianna Watkins; and his cousin Jerrell McNeal. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Luke Missionary Baptist Church (2919 19th St, Rockford, IL 61109). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
