He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Kapala and Arlene Carlsen. He is survived by: his children, Nichole Kapala and Tyler Kapala; his grandchildren, Jayliana Jones and Elliyana Kapala; his son-in-law Shaun Jones; his sister Denise Cox (Nancy Kapala); his brother-in-law Sam Cox; and his sister Pam Peterson. He is also survived by friends and other extended family.
