He is survived by: his sister Gerilynn Cummings (Timothy); his niece Susan Scurlock (Jason); his nephews, Robert Cummings (Brittany), Christopher Cummings and Timothy Cummings (Mary); his great-nephew Oliver; and his great-nieces, Eleanor, Audrey Scurlock and Madeline Cummings.
