He was predeceased by: his parents, George Myers and Grace Myers. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Kevin Myers (Anne) of Texas, Lance Myers (Rhonda) of Rockford, IL, Ryan (Autumn) of Tennessee, Andrew Myers of Washington and Curtis Kurtz (Matt) of Washington; his siblings, Debra Hall (Tom) of Flint, MI, George Myers (Karen) of Florida and Darrel Myers (Leah) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Devon, Lexi, Kenzie and Nina Myers.
