It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavone E. Wallenberg of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scholten and Elizabeth Scholten (Lindemann); her husband Ralph Wallenberg; her son Danny Wallenberg; her grandson Kurt Andersen; and her siblings, Don, Dick, Viola and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Andersen (John) and Debbie Wallenberg; her daughter-in-law Lois Wallenberg; her grandchildren, Shannon Golightly (Robert), Daniel Wallenberg (Christina) and Erik Andersen (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Lily Golightly, Nya Golightly, Kaitlyn Chilcutt, Brody Andersen, Daniel "Dade" Wallenberg and Hope Wallenberg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
