Rascoe Sr. and Maria Rosetta Rascoe; his daughter Lila Ann; his siblings, Aaron Rascoe (Ashley), Ashley Rascoe and Lexus Rascoe (Mary Kate); and his PawPaw Lars E. Rascoe Jr..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Three Oaks Chapel (1100 N Lyford Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
