Leslie A. Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie A. Long of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Conkright and Julia "Jewel" Conkright (Maruschak); and her sister Candace "Candy" Farrar (Don). She is survived by: her husband Gordon Long; her children, Cheryl Benson (Willie), Scott Long (Betsy Youngquist), Dustin Long, Brad Long and Lara Kassel (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jessica Heiking (Tabor), Megan, Noah Benson, Dylan, River Long, Chelsea, Alex Long, Allison and Mary Kassel; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Layla; and her brothers, Michael Conkright (Mary) and Lance Conkright (Joan).
