She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. Hoesly and Amelia Hoesly (Schiesser); her children, Heidi Maxwell and Donald Benzel; her brother Robert Hoesly; and her niece Barbara Lieb.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jonathan Maxwell, Justin Benzel (Megan), Jocelyn Greene, Jennifer Benzel and Amy Benzel; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Greene and Avery Benzel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
