She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Carlson and Clara Carlson; and her siblings, Lois Tuneburg (Richard), Lorretta Hoskins (Bob), Leona Zimmerman (Tom) and Leonard Carlson.
She is survived by: her husband Orville Syverson; her sons, Dr. Daniel Syverson (Anna), Senator Dave Syverson (Lori), Donald Syverson and Douglas Syverson (Lonna); her sister Linda Janigian (Jack); and her sister-in-law Trudy Carlson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
