She was predeceased by: her father Leovigildo Bautista; and her spouse Freddie B. Hamrick Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Senorina Martinez Bernal; her son Cesar Cardona (Elizabeth Castillo); her grandchildren, Adaliz, Sophia, Lizette and Lionel; and her siblings, Magdalena, Carmela, Cecilia, Ana, Gabriel and Carlos. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ursday Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory - Riverside (3910 N Rockton Ave, Rockford, IL 61103). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (2505 School St, Rockford, IL 61101). A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
