He was predeceased by: his parents, Facundo Ochoa and Florentina Ochoa (Garcia); his wife Eva Ochoa; his daughter Manuela Ochoa; and his siblings, Trinida Ochoa (Stella), Lorenzo Ochoa, Facundo Ochoa (Salome), Ireno Bustamante, Rodulfo Bustamante (Mondesta), Alacaida Sanchez (Juan), Virgina Gariboy, Adela Dominguez (Juan) and Elida Cruz (Luis).

He is survived by: his daughters, Delia Bryant (Jim), Lucy Tureson (Dennis) and Victoria Garcia (Leandro); his grandchildren, James Bryant (Sarah), Bobby Bryant (Carolyn), Chad Bryant (Brittany), Dennis Tureson Jr., Francesca Lindesmith (Nate), Bianca Garcia, Julien Garcia (Selina) and Shayla Garcia; and his siblings, Meregildo Ochoa (Maria), Elario Bustamante (Juanita), Virginia Gariboy (Pedro) and Grizelda Ochoa. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
