She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bender and Aniela Bender (Boyer); her husband Jozef Wazny; her sons, Frank Gracia and Jozef "Tony" Wazny; and her brothers, Stanley Bender and Zygmunt Bender.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Opila, Fred Opila and Jasia Stebbins (Tim); her grandchildren, Sandi, Sean, Colleen, Felicia, Vanessa, Jasia and Alyssa; her siblings, Janka, Connie, Theresa, Kaz and John; and also, Jadwiga Sadowski, Francisca DeLaRosa, Betty and Terry Moore. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and special friends.
