It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Yarbrough of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Mae Hubbard; her husband Rural Yarbrough Jr.; her sons, Leroy and Kenneth Yarbrough; and her grandson Steve Yarbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Eltesia Williams (Sylvester), Ann Kelly (Paul), Joyce Miller, Pam Alexander (Reginald), April Cummings (Andre) and James Yarbrough; her close friends, Hazel Alexander and Wonda Rice; and her caregiver Lois Haire. She is also survived by 19 grandkids, 32 great-grandkids, and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
