She is survived by: her children, Rae Lynn Haddad, Kim Marchione (Bob), Becky Haddad and Mark Haddad (Shellie); her grandchildren, Bryan (Carina), Nicole, Jason (Jessie), Alexis (Chris) and Lindsay (Matt); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Isabell, Christopher, Maxwell, Addison, Stuart, Dawsyn, Hadley and Arthur; her great great grandchild Baxter; her caregiver Cindy; and also, John, Debbie Licari and Renew. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
