She is survived by: her husband Charles Ronald Bland; her son Andrew Bland (Angela) of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Emily Bland (Broderick Summers) of Springfield, IL, Alayna Bland of Springfield, IL, Kayla Bland of Springfield, IL and Nathaniel Bland of Springfield, IL; and her siblings, Patricia Freed (Mike) of Rockford, Connie Hicks (Doug) of Rockford, Donald Westfall (Laurie) of Rockford and Walter Dan Westfall (Melanie) of Springfield.
