He was predeceased by: his father Robert Puskar. He is survived by: his mother Felicia Puskar; his wife Elisabel; his brother Larry Puskar (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Hotchner (Kirby), Ana Marie Rodriguez (Jerry Marquez) and Norman Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
