It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Messina (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Peters and Jennie E. Peters (Johnson); her husband Peter Messina; and her grandson Phillip V. Messina. She is survived by: her children, Phillip J. Messina (Tina) and Marianne Musso; her grandson Anthony Musso; her sister-in-law Jackie Messina; and her siblings, Eleanor Mayer, Harold J. Peters Jr., Richard Peters, Dolores Anucauskas, Barbara Forsman, Shirley Self, Marjorie Bobitt and Marilyn Yovaish. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
