She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bollinger and Norma Bollinger; her husband Philip Samuelson; her son Barry Samuelson; and her sisters, Helen and Ruth.

She is survived by: her sons, Dale Samuelson (Carolyn), Larry Samuelson (Sharline) and Bruce Samuelson; her stepdaughter Esther Samuelson Johnson (Ross); her grandchildren, David Samuelson, Kristi Redenius (Mike), Mark Samuelson (Jenny Sessions), Brian Samuelson (Rebecca Eshbaugh), Samantha Samuelson (Jason Allmares), Kirsten Hessenthaler (Kelly) and Erika Arnold; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Brendan Redenius, Benjamin, David Samuelson, James, Peter Samuelson, Connor, Teagan Allison and Cameron Arnold; and her brother Ralph Bollinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church.
