He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lund and Irene Lund; and his sisters, Susan Johnson, Barbara Rehnberg and Patricia Kellaney.

He is survived by: his son Bret Lund (Cindy) of Byron, IL; his granddaughter Payton Lund; his son Chris "Scott" Lund of Roscoe, IL; his grandsons, Alex Lund and Mason Lund; his daughter Dr. Laura Windham of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister Judy Peterson (Rod) of Rockford. He is also survived by nephews and nieces; and several dear friends.
