He is survived by: his wife Rosie Fricks; his daughter Niquaya Moore of Rockford; his grandchildren, Kiara Carthen, Raheem Johnson, Isiah, Elijah and Nasir Moore of Rockford; and his siblings, William "Butch" Moore (Jean) of Wisconsin, Geraldine Neal of Rockford, Lynda Dowe of Ohio, Deborah Pearson of Rockford and Annette Pendleton (Jamie) of Rockford.
