Millard J. Devine Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 93, Millard J. Devine of Rockford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard J. Devine and Genevieve Devine (Callahan); his children, Colleen Davis (Gary) and Patrick Devine; and his sisters, Mary Taunis (Paul) and Marie Shipley (James).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Carlson; his sons, Noel Devine (Terri) and Jeff Devine (Amie); his grandchildren, Natasha Recknagel (Jon), Alisen O'Hearn (Braxton) and Nathan Devine (Erin); his stepgranddaughter Teddi Whitehead (Brandon); and his sister Patricia Waskoviak. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James Catholic Church, 428 N.
