He is survived by: his daughter Startisha Fleming; his grandchildren, Kaniha Davis, Jonestly Brack, J'money Brack, Kaila Dean, Avionna Manns, Jayvion Manns and Trulayzha Manns; his siblings, Maxine, Roy Fleming, Harvey Fleming and Earl C. Fleming; his sister-in-law Blanche Fleming (late R. B. Fleming); his cousin Cleveland Irwin; and his close friends, Ben Unger and Bruce Dotson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
