She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann Vincent of Rockford; her niece Shelly Blake of Fort Worth, Texas; her great-nieces, Allison and Hannah Blake; her great-nephew Brian Blake; and her close friend Shannon Blake. She is also survived by many friends and cousins.
