He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen A. Hawley and Carrie M. Hawley (Pumilia); his wife Judy A. Heindselman; and his sister Ellen Sumner. He is survived by: his children, Christine Hawley (Steven Sproul), Timothy Hawley (Kimberly), Sharon Roth (Micheal) and Nicholas J. Hawley (Barbara); his grandchildren, Nicholette Stine (Andrew), Timothy J. Hawley, Rosemary Langusch (Eric), Robert Farnham, Nicholas W. Hawley (Aaron), Thomas Hawley (Amanda), Abigail Hawley (Lauren), Loretta Roberts (Matthew), Thaddeus Hawley, Guy Sproul and Madeline Hawley; and his sister Catherine Wilson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or OSF Hospice.
