With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Baxter of Rockford, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Henry Whitmore Vogle and Bertha Alice Vogle (Carlson); and her husband Bradley Baxter. She is survived by: her former husband Harry Beebe; her son Brad; her daughter-in-law Teresa Beebe; her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Brad Erwin; her son Chris Beebe; and her grandchildren, Heather (Dave), Michelle (Vic), Matthew (Jennifer), Stephanie (Troy) and Bradley Jr.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and several step-children.
