It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver Perry Webb of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Webb and Eddie Webb; his parents-in-law, Helen and Louis Heitzman; his brother Edward; his son-in-law Jeff; and his grandson Jeremy Tewell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Heitzman; his children, Cyndy Padron (Cruz), Chris Block (Doug), Mike Webb (Kathie), Mark Webb (Mary), Marty Webb (Tina), Matt Webb (Laurie), Cathy Halbrader (Jim) and Mary Ellen Smith (Jeff); and his caregivers, Dana, Shelly and Amy. He is also survived by his wife; 8 children; 31 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
