He was predeceased by: his parents, Tina Marie Wilson and Ollie Tate; his mother-in-law Mary Mallett; and his siblings, Josie Marie Battee, Jo Ann Wilson and Frank Battee.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Mallett; his children, Ollie Wilson Jr., Lynneisha Wilson, Tyikeylea Collins and Lynrionna Wilson; his grandson Dalin Riggs; his stepchildren, Shatavius Mallett, Sharvell Mallett, Briauna Mallett, Cortez Wilson, Tyrese Mallett, Jyre Mallett, Applaus Mallett and Annissa Rogers; his siblings, An Nett Battee-Hunt (Darrell), Randell Wilson (Chiquita) and Tyrone Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Tonya Mallett, Sonya Mallett and Lanise Mallett. He is also survived by 32 step grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101).
