She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Walter and Beatrice Walter; her husband William R. "Bill" Ptack; and her brother John "Jack" Walter. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ptack (Linda), Thomas Ptack (Tina) and Catherine Damptz (Daniel); and her sister-in-law Gloria Walter. She is also survived by grandchildren; and her 15 treasured great-grandchildren.
