He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Lewellen and Mary Lewellen. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Tony (Michelle), Scott (Maggie) and Shawn (Kathy); his grandchildren, Desire' Wheeler (Brandon), Darien Ortiz (Jorge), Tyler, Paige, Brooklyn and Chase; and his brother William Lewellen (Beverly) of Missouri. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
