She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Philippi and Lydia Philippi (Short); her husband Mathew P. Cicero; her children, Carl W. Cicero and Margaret Culich (Nick); and her grandson Mathew P. Cicero II (Lilja).
She is survived by: her children, Paul R. Cicero (Nancy), John E. Cicero (Marilyn), Janet L. Cicero (Rocky Lynch) and Lenore A. Balogh (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Megan E. Butman (David), Rachel C. Culich, Craig R. Cicero, Mathew J. Cicero, Allison Cicero Moore (R. Davis Moore), Jacob S. Balogh and Mercer S. Cicero. She is also survived by seven Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for the Carl W. Cicero Scholarship Fund at NIU Law School.
