It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter P. Chemello Sr. (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Darla Rae; his children, Lisa Cambridge (Mike), Peter Chemello Jr., Joshua Chemello and Michelle Landis; his grandchild Tobey Dulgar Jr. (Kayla Liatto); his great grandchild Axell Edwards (Piper Chemello); his brother Dominic Chemello Sr. (Dawn); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lynn Nowogrocki and Jacqueline Vernia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
