He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rezin and Irma Rezin (Vyhnalek); his wife Mary Irvin; his daughter-in-law Teresa Rezin; and his siblings, Russell Rezin and Mary Olivares-Garner.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Keith Rezin (Senator Sue) of Morris, IL, Phil Rezin (Christy) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Dan Rezin (Tami) of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Nate Rezin (Ashley), Tory Rezin, Alexa Spalding (Joel), Zach Rezin, Ryan Rezin, Jeffrey Rezin (Courtney), Renee Lenth (Zach), Cara Nielsen (Nick), Casie Navarre (Henry), Phil Rezin (Amanda), Will Rezin (Emily), Jenae Stover (Omar) and Callie Every (Tyler); his sister Barbara Rezin; and his pet Tootie. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or PAWS Humane Society.
