Allen of Rockford, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer D. Bowman and Lucille Bowman (Haas); her children, Rae Jean Hill, Mike Allen, Danny Allen, Randy Allen, Christopher Allen, Jeffery Allen and Pam Allen; her sisters, Lavonne Schutt (Bonnie), Maxine Allabaugh (Bill), Virginia Taylor (Tootie) and Sharon Birkett; and her close friend Fred Mauerman.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Elliott (Don), Steve Allen (Meryl), Craig Allen (Sue) and Dawn Haws; her sister Linda Tracy; and her close friend Verda. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great children.
