We are sad to announce that, on August 19, 2025, at the age of 67, Randall J. Howell of Rockford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dwight Howell and Goldie Lankford (Fredricks); his stepmother Shirley; his wife Jennie Mae Blair; and his sister Vangie Tabor.
He is survived by: his pet Izzy; his children, Travis Howell (Shay Thomas) of Rockford, IL and Lisa Dever (Patrick Manley) of Bloomington, IL; his granddaughter Cadence Howell; his sisters, Cindy Stone of Sterling, IL and Kayla Gilson of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his brother-in-law Charles Tabor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rockford Rescue Mission.
